Follow these steps to reserve your equipment.
You must first be mutual friends with the owner on Facebook. Add the owner to verify your account.
Send us a message or proceed to the booking form to check your preferred rental dates.
Complete the rental form with your personal details, equipment, and preferred rental dates.
Settle the ₱200 reservation fee to secure your rental slot.
The rental agreement must be completed and signed by the verified ID holder.
On your rental day, settle the remaining rental balance and ₱1,000 refundable security deposit.
A short video call showing your valid ID is required before pickup or delivery.
Pick up your equipment or have it delivered through Grab or Lalamove.
Please review these requirements before booking.
Provide two valid IDs and a selfie with the IDs for verification.
The renter must add the owner on Facebook and become mutual friends before the rental can proceed.
A rental contract must be signed by the verified ID holder.
Submit a billing statement matching the name shown on your valid ID.
₱200 reservation fee is required to secure your rental slot. The reservation fee is non-refundable but deductible from the total payment.
A ₱1,000 refundable security deposit is required and will be returned after the equipment is returned and inspected.
A short video call showing your valid ID is required before pickup or delivery.
The renter is responsible for the equipment during the entire rental period until it is returned and inspected.
Delivery is available through Grab or Lalamove. Delivery fees are separate and are paid by the renter.
To book a rental, complete the official booking form. The owner will contact you using the personal account indicated in the form.
Select your equipment, start date, and end date to automatically calculate the rental period and estimated quotation. Rentals are calculated on a 24-hour basis.
This is a simulation only. Final availability, delivery fees, and rental confirmation will be provided by the owner.
*SnapGear Rentals uses a 24-hour rental basis.
For example, August 22 to August 23 = 1 rental day.
*The ₱1,000 security deposit is refundable
after the equipment is returned and inspected.
*Delivery fee is not included.
